The owner is a deluded narcissist who prioritizes nobody and nothing else other than himself. His behaviour alone has contributed to the major downfall of the community's stability, environment, and overall structure. Compared to ~8 months ago, it was nowhere near as bad as it is now. Note that management and executives enable this behaviour, and nobody dares to speak out in fear of terminations, kicks, or bans. Any criticism gets met with immediate hostility, mutes, kicks, softbans, and bans. Members are threatened with a ban to force them into deleting negative reviews to "reduce drama." The community is split between staying pacifist in fear of being the next victim of iron fist rule, or being so ignorant they spam "holy yap" on well worded negative reviews and leave fake 5 star reviews with no merit (one review claims 3 years in the server, despite it not existing that long, and is obviously AI). They also mass report negative reviews to manipulate the directory rating. The owner's lack of empathy bleeds into how they treat their team. All previous executive members, except two, were forced out via threats, demotions, or terminations. One executive was kicked for defending a member kicked over the word "slime." Another was kicked and globally banned in private, despite claims it was "publicly announced." There is also a proven history of a staff member's LOA getting denied while literally in the hospital. Expecting quota while hospitalized is beyond unprofessional. On top of that, the owner publicly denounced an asset shareholder as "unimportant." Furthermore, management selectively responds to poorly worded reviews to score easy points, while ignoring detailed, well-documented critiques left by former long term staff. If you're looking for roleplay, it's neither great nor terrible. The server offers realistic liveries, helpful lower-ranking staff, and whitelisted departments. However, don't expect higher-ups to care about your concerns.
