The Police Department is especially impressive, with divisions such as Traffic & Highway Patrol Command, Marine Area Command, Dog Unit, State Crime Command, Public Order & Riot Squad, Tactical Operations Unit, Police Prosecutions Command, Professional Standards Command, and Education & Training Command. They also have a large and active staff team, and staff members are even paid. Sessions can sometimes run for weeks, which is something you don’t see in many other servers. Unlike servers that constantly spam sessions or have poorly trained moderators, Coastline actually puts effort into making their sessions run smoothly and enforcing their rules properly. The staff recruitment process also goes through multiple rounds, which helps filter out unsuitable staff and allows the best applicants to make it through. This results in a much better moderation team and a better experience for everyone. Overall, Coastline does a great job of making the server feel like you’re actually in Australia. They take inspiration from real-life Sydney policing and emergency services, which makes the roleplay much more realistic and enjoyable.
